If you look closely, you can see the blue flag with a yellow stripe. This is the passing flag - the "Let them pass" flag. It was being waved at the white car, as he'd had two chances (the straight and between 2 and 3) to let me pass and hadn't.

This guy (number 313) lost an engine on corner four. The car came back with a black back end. Poor thing.
